Our candles are individually handmade, and slight variations in appearance may occur.
All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
3. Payments & Billing
We accept paypal as well as debit or credit card payments.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information.
If we suspect fraudulent activity, we may refuse or cancel an order.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship orders within 72hrs.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
5. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the product is unused and in original packaging.
Refunds are processed after we receive the returned item.
Custom or personalised items are non-refundable.
6. Liability & Disclaimer
Our candles should be used safely, and we are not responsible for damages caused by misuse.
We do not guarantee that our website will always be available or error-free.

Returns & Refunds Policy
At Sykes Candle Company, we want you to love our candles and wax melts. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help!
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Items must be unused, unburned, and in their original packaging.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
Proof of purchase is required.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging our products, but if your order arrives damaged or defective:
Please contact us within 72hrs of receiving your order.
Provide photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
We will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
Used or partially burned candles.
Wax melts that have been opened.
Custom or personalised orders (unless faulty).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
